Zebro Officemate Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of modular furniture, chairs, and loose furniture, with experience centres in Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the experience centre and ensure smooth customer flow.
• Greet and engage walk-in customers, showcase products, and provide design consultations.
• Maintain attractive product displays, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Achieve sales targets through effective customer service and team performance.
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Train and guide showroom staff to deliver excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in retail / showroom management (furniture/interiors preferred).
• Excellent communication skills; Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, sales orientation, and customer service mindset.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
