Retail Sales Executive – Matunga, Mumbai

Position: Full-Time Retail Sales Executive
Location: Matunga, Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 years in retail or counter sales
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers, providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
• Sales Achievement: Drive sales by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and interest.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining store inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to set up attractive product displays that align with brand standards.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and colleagues to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or equivalent; preference for candidates with a background in retail or customer service.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retail sales, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury segments.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Appearance: Professional grooming and attire in line with company standards
