Retail Sales Manager

Job

Responsibilities:

1.

• Oversee end-to-end daily retail store operations.
• Manage customer walk-ins, understand their needs, and provide product & service solutions accordingly.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and merchandised effectively with updated in-store marketing materials.
• Deliver superior customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

• Drive store sales as per the targets defined by the organization.
• Track store performance, analyze sales data, and implement initiatives to achieve growth

• Recruit, train, and manage store staff including technicians & helpers.
• Motivate and coach team members to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
  

4.

• Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and conducting regular audits.
• Track inventory levels, transfer products, and handle adjustments to prevent stock shortages or overages.

5.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail and shop environment

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 35 years of experience in retail store operations, preferably in the tyre/automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of tyre products, technical details, and related services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage people, sales targets, and inventory simultaneously.
