* Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
* Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
* Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.
* Handle VIP / high-value customers and assist in closing premium sales.
* Monitor store performance, track KPIs, and prepare sales reports.
* Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer handling, and selling skills.
* Ensure proper merchandise display and stock availability.
* Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for smooth store functioning.
* Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively.
* Promote upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty programs.
* Keep updated with new collections, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Maintain compliance with store policies, security, and quality standards.
