Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive / Brand Promoter to drive the sales of Sony's premium range of televisions. You will be the face of the brand at the retail store, demonstrating product features, assisting customers with their queries, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage walk-in customers in a professional manner. Demonstrate Sony televisions (LED, OLED, 4K, Smart TVs) with clarity and confidence. Explain key features, benefits, and technology (e.g., 4K UHD, Dolby Vision, Android TV, etc.). Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Handle customer queries and concerns regarding TV features, pricing, or offers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance. Maintain product displays and ensure demo units are clean and functional. Keep updated with product knowledge and new launches. Report sales data, customer feedback, and inventory needs to the store manager or supervisor. Coordinate with Sony brand team for marketing activities, promotional campaigns, or in-store branding. Key Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and negotiation ability Passion for technology and electronics (especially TVs) Customer-first attitude Ability to work under targets and pressure Basic computer knowledge (for billing, product features, etc.) Qualifications Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred 1-3 years of experience in retail electronics sales or consumer durable products Experience in TV sales will be an added advantage Benefits Attractive incentive structure based on performance Training and development by Sony India Opportunity to work with a leading premium electronics brand Career growth opportunities within the retail network
