With a strong presence across Delhi-NCR, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Executives at our Lajpat Nagar store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products as per their needs.
• Build strong product knowledge to explain features, benefits, and offers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle billing, POS, and basic cashiering when required.
• Maintain store displays, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Support the team in day-to-day retail operations.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-friendly approach.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
• Experience in retail/jewellery sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
