About the Role We’re looking for a , responsible, and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join the My Baby Store team in Bangalore. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining the store’s appearance, and helping parents find the perfect products for their little ones. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism. Understand product features and recommend items based on customer needs Maintain visual merchandising and ensure displays look inviting. Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately. Keep shelves clean, organized, and fully stocked. Track inventory movement and report low-stock items. Support store events, promotions, and workshops when required Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in retail (baby products or lifestyle preferred). Good communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS machines. Team player with a friendly, proactive attitude.
