Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Footwear Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting footwear, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience at the store.   Key Responsibilities:   Greet and assist customers with their footwear needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.   Demonstrate product features, sizes, fits, and benefits to customers.   Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest footwear trends, styles, and stock availability.   Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.   Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges in a professional manner.   Ensure proper visual merchandising and display of footwear according to brand guidelines.   Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in stock replenishment.   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting areas.   Process billing, cash handling, and returns as per store policy.   Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.     Requirements:   Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales (footwear or fashion preferred).   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.   Good understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.   Passion for footwear, fashion, and retail industry.   Basic computer knowledge for billing and POS systems.     Perks & Benefits:   Competitive salary with sales incentives.   Employee discounts on products.   Training and career development opportunities.   Positive and engaging work environment.
