Retail Sales Executive

Job Title: Retail Sales Executive – Tiles & Bathware Location: [jaipur, Rajasthan] Department: Sales & Marketing Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years (in Tiles & Bathware Sales) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales Executive with hands-on experience in Tiles & Bathware (T&B) sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to maintain client relationships while handling day-to-day retail operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in customers in the showroom and provide professional product guidance . Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets . Recommend suitable tile and bathware solutions based on customer needs and preferences. Keep up-to-date with the latest products, designs, and trends in the T&B industry. Manage and maintain visual merchandising and showroom displays. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports using MS Excel and Word . Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, order processing, and delivery follow-ups . Stay aware of market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products. Participate in exhibitions, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns as needed. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in retail sales of tiles and bathware . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Good working knowledge of T&B products and customer preferences. Ability to independently handle customer queries and close sales . Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for creating and maintaining sales reports. Familiarity with basic CRM or POS software is an added advantage. Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business, Sales, or related field). Preferred Candidates: Candidates with prior experience in a tile or bathware showroom or brand. Those who have worked closely with architects, interior designers, or contractors.
