Job Description

Role Overview: As a Retail Sales Officer, your primary responsibility will be to greet consumers, provide assistance, and support at the counter. You will need to listen to customer preferences, offer detailed product explanations, and showcase a variety of jewelries and other available items. Your role will involve persuading customers to make purchases, educating them on products and services, and informing them about the features and specifications of the items. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers by providing detailed information such as pricing breakdowns, product details, and operational demonstrations. - Offer advice on selecting jewelry based on customer preferences and budget, including information on different cuts, quality, design language, and specifications. - Assist customers with packaging purchased items, acquiring customer details, creating customer codes, and providing pricing and weight information to the cashier. - Update sales records, manage store inventory (if applicable), and ensure the smooth operation of your assigned counter. - Report to the Store Manager daily, follow protocols to enhance customer satisfaction, and handle any additional duties associated with the role. Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma or equivalent in any stream. - Knowledge of customer service and sales principles with relevant product knowledge. - Preferably have experience in a retail, customer service, or sales environment. Additional Company Details: The stipend for this position ranges from INR 8000 to 12000 per month, and the job location is Baripada.,
