The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to meet sales targets. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, educating clients about our products, and ensuring the showroom operates smoothly and professionally. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces. Provide product knowledge including materials, quality, stones, and pricing. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively. Assist in visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock display. Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the display counters and store. Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, returns, and security. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Requirements:Minimum [12th pass / Graduation preferred]. Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Presentable appearance and good grooming standards. Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and holidays. Preferred Skills:Knowledge of different types of jewellery (gold, diamond, platinum, gemstones, etc.). Ability to speak multiple languages (optional, depending on location).
