Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary: The Retail Executive will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth store operations. The role involves assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s standards of presentation and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist all walk-in customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and help customers make purchase decisions. Achieve monthly sales targets through direct customer interaction and upselling. Ensure proper upkeep and visual presentation of the store at all times. Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment. Conduct video calls and virtual demos for product enquiries received from customer support. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the store. Record customer feedback and share insights with the management team. Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operational tasks. Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in lifestyle, baby products, or FMCG sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales and customer engagement. Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems. Ability to work in a team and handle pressure during peak hours.
