Job Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Fusion Sports. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding items and process payments at the cash register.
Sell products or services, establish new business relationships, and maintain ongoing customer relations.
Exhibit strong communication skills and flexibility in scheduling.
Organize and restock merchandise; resolve customer complaints.
Demonstrate products and attend trade exhibitions.
Review sales performance and negotiate contracts as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic math skills and the ability to gather customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
