The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business at the store level, handling walk-in customers, and ensuring smooth operations through sales, service, and store management activities. Handle walk-in customers, manage bookings, and resolve queries. Sell products and services based on customer requirements. Drive upselling and cross-selling of products & value-added services. Perform store-level activities like telecalling for lead generation, enquiry follow-up, lead closure, and reference-building. Execute in-store promotions, seasonal schemes, and collect customer data. Manage shipment activities including inspection, booking, AWB generation, and cash collection. Address customer issues in coordination with Customer Service, Operations, Supervisors, and CMR. Support new business generation by following up with existing customer databases. Maintain daily reports and ensure smooth store operations.
