Retail Sales Consultant

Role Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Store Team Member, you’ll ensure great customer experiences, maintain store standards, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism
• Understand needs and suggest suitable products
• Demonstrate product features confidently
• Meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Handle billing, POS, and customer feedback
• Maintain displays, stock, and store cleanliness
• Follow SOPs for returns, exchanges, and complaints
• Collaborate with team members and support during peak hours

Requirements

• 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills & customer service focus
• Basic MS Office/POS knowledge
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
