Retail Sales Associate

You will be responsible for supporting the Furnace Oil marketing operations in Bokaro and surrounding areas. Your main tasks will include promoting and selling Furnace Oil to retailers, dealers, and industrial clients, building and maintaining relationships with dealers of lubricants and bearings, identifying and onboarding new retail outlets, conducting market visits and competitor analysis, achieving sales targets, coordinating with logistics teams, providing technical support to clients, and maintaining sales records. - Promote and sell Furnace Oil to retailers, dealers, and industrial clients - Build and maintain relationships with dealers of lubricants and bearings - Identify and onboard new retail outlets - Conduct market visits and competitor analysis - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Coordinate with logistics teams - Provide technical support to clients - Maintain accurate sales records To be considered for this role, you should have at least 13 years of sales experience working with dealers of lubricants or ball-bearings, preferably in Bokaro or similar industrial regions. A minimum educational qualification of 10+2 is required, with a diploma or degree in marketing or a technical field being advantageous. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of the regional industrial landscape, proficiency in Hindi and basic English, and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license are preferred.
