Role Overview

As a Luxury Sales Assistant you will be the face of the boutique welcoming clients creating memorable in store experiences and offering personalised styling guidance. The role requires elegance product knowledge strong communication and the ability to build long term relationships with UHNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and offering a warm personalised luxury experience

• Presenting collections with confidence and strong product understanding

• Assisting clients with styling choices across chokers statement earrings convertible jewels and exclusive gemstone pieces

• Managing client appointments in store previews and private showings

• Maintaining boutique presentation and ensuring all displays reflect the brand’s standards

• Building and nurturing client relationships with consistent follow ups

• Coordinating with backend teams for orders repairs and custom pieces

• Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall store performance

Desired Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred due to role specific requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a polished and confident personality

• Previous experience in luxury retail jewelry fashion or hospitality

• Strong understanding of premium clientele expectations

• Passion for diamonds rare gemstones and luxury styling
