Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a Diamond retail setting. Your role will involve attending to walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, guiding them in their purchase decisions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales techniques. Additionally, you will be involved in promotional activities, branding activities like trade shows and event management, and maintaining good relations with customers and the team to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Good knowledge in Diamond (4c) - Attending the walk-in customers - Ensuring proper display of stock on the counter - Understanding the customer requirements and guiding them - Responsible for achieving sales targets through product sales, up-selling, and cross-selling - Tallying the stock - Involved in promotional activities - Branding activities like trade shows, event management, etc. - Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales techniques - Maintaining good relations with customers and the team - Retention of customers Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a Diamond retail environment is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets - Knowledge of Diamond (4c) is a plus Please note that the job type for this role is full-time and the work location is in person.
