Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English). Basic computer knowledge. Customer-friendly and well-presented. Experience in customer service/reception role will be an advantage.

Marketing & Promotions: Implement in-store promotions and events to attract new clients and retain loyal ones, collaborating with the marketing team as necessary. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Financial & Reporting: Oversee daily sales, manage cash flow, prepare reports, and meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
