Retail Sales Girls

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Girl to join our retail team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for customer service. She will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Work Timing:🕙 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM (including lunch & tea breaks) Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits. Handle billing and payment accurately. Maintain product displays and overall store presentation. Achieve assigned sales targets. Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally. Coordinate with the team and report daily sales to the manager. Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred) Experience: 0–2 years in retail sales (freshers welcome) Excellent communication skills (Marathi,English, Hindi, and local language preferred) Pleasant personality and positive attitude Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling Ability to work in a team and meet sales goals
