Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Stella Fine Jewellery's Vadodara Mall Store, your role will be crucial in providing customers with an intimate and educated buying experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product selection. Additionally, you will provide in-depth product knowledge, especially regarding lab-grown diamonds, design details, and metals. Your support in upselling and cross-selling complementary accessories and maintenance services will be essential. It will also be your duty to maintain store displays, inventory, cleanliness, and product presentation, while ensuring seamless sales transactions and excellent customer service. Meeting sales targets, learning sales techniques, and contributing to store goals will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product selection. - Provide detailed product knowledge, especially about lab-grown diamonds, design details, and metals. - Support upselling/cross-selling of complementary accessories and maintenance services. - Maintain store displays, inventory, cleanliness, and product presentation. - Process sales transactions (billing, packaging) and adhere to store policies. - Ensure excellent customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and building rapport. - Maintain sales targets, contribute to store goals, and learn sales techniques like clienteling and relationship building. Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of retail, jewellery, luxury goods, or related sales experience. Enthusiastic freshers willing to learn are also encouraged to apply. - Basic understanding or interest in gemstones, diamonds, and jewellery design. Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds is a plus. - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati are preferred. - Pleasant demeanor, confidence, customer-first attitude, basic numerical ability, honesty, and reliability are necessary. - Flexibility with mall hours, weekends, and festivals as per retail norms.
