Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – Construction Chemicals Location: Bardoli,Gujarat Industry: Construction Chemicals / Building Materials Experience: 1–3years Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the construction chemicals segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing market strategies, and building strong customer relationships in the construction and infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell construction chemical products (e.g., admixtures, waterproofing, grouts, sealants, coatings, curing compounds, etc.). Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, applicators, architects, and project managers. Conduct product presentations and technical discussions at client sites. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and monitor market trends and competitor activity. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product usage and application. Collaborate with the technical and R&D teams for customer feedback and product improvement. Participate in trade shows, expos, and marketing campaigns. Key Skills and Requirements: Proven experience in sales or marketing within the construction chemicals or building materials industry. Strong technical understanding of construction chemical products and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
