Retail Sales Assistant

As a Lead Generation and Qualification specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and assessing their suitability for our products/services. Your role will involve reaching out to prospects through various channels and nurturing leads to convert them into sales opportunities. In the Customer Engagement and Consultation aspect of the role, you will be required to engage with customers in a professional and informative manner. You will provide consultation and guidance to help customers understand the value proposition of our offerings and make informed decisions regarding their purchases. Your responsibilities in Sales Process Management will include overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including tracking leads, managing pipelines, and coordinating follow-ups. Relationship Building and Customer Service will be a key part of your role, where you will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products/services. Market Knowledge and Reporting are essential aspects of this role, where you will be expected to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. You will also be responsible for generating reports and providing insights to management based on your findings.
