Retail Sales Assistant

You will greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and respond to their questions. Your role will involve assisting customers in selecting products, driving sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and keeping clientele informed about preferred customer sales and future merchandise. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provided, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The schedule may include day shift, morning shift, and rotational shift with performance and yearly bonuses. You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales. Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is preferred. The work location is in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and you should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
