To generate and convert leads into sales for retail health and motor insurance products through tele calling, email, and digital platforms. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads from digital campaigns, website inquiries, and walk-in customers.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing policyholders for cross-selling and renewals.
Product Pitching:
Explain insurance products (health & motor) to customers with clarity and compliance.
Match customer needs with suitable insurance plans and provide suitable recommendations.
Sales Conversion:
Prepare and send quotes; follow up to convert into sales.
Process policy issuance and renewal documentation accurately and timely.
Customer Relationship:
Handle queries and provide post-sale support.
Build long-term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
Coordination:
Coordinate with underwriters and insurance companies for quote approvals, endorsements, and policy issuance.
Reporting:
Maintain sales MIS, daily call logs, and update CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
