Retail Sales Assistant

Role Overview: As a Fashion Consultant at the store, your primary responsibility is to provide styling advice, product selection assistance, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your role includes greeting customers, understanding their style preferences, offering styling tips, maintaining product knowledge, contributing to visual merchandising, handling billing and exchanges, supporting stock management, and striving to meet individual and store sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly, fostering friendly relationships. - Identify and address customer style needs, recommending suitable outfits. - Offer styling tips and mix & match ideas to drive sales. - Stay updated on fashion trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge. - Assist in visual merchandising to enhance the store's appeal. - Efficiently manage billing and customer exchanges/returns. - Support stock management and daily store operations. - Work diligently towards achieving personal and store sales goals. Qualifications Required: - Completion of 10+2 or graduation in any discipline (background in fashion is advantageous). - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - A deep passion for fashion and styling. - Prior experience in retail or styling is beneficial but not essential. - Possess a friendly, confident, and customer-centric demeanor. - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
