Our retail store offers proprietary formulations for gut health, liver care, hair care, and diabetic wellness. We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism. Understand their health needs and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our proprietary formulations and their benefits. Educate customers with clarity and confidence.
• Sales & Transactions: Handle billing, cash/card payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked. Assist with inventory checks and restocking.
• Sales Targets: Support monthly sales goals through upselling and cross-selling.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store manager and team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (Ayurveda background preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Passion for Ayurveda and holistic wellness
• Friendly, proactive, and trustworthy personality
