Job Title: Sales Assistant – Ayurvedic Retail Store Location: Bardoli, South Gujarat Job Type: Full-time | In-person About Us We are a proud South Gujarat-based Ayurvedic brand blending timeless traditions with modern healthcare needs. Our retail store offers proprietary formulations for gut health, liver care, hair care, and diabetic wellness. We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism. Understand their health needs and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on our proprietary formulations and their benefits. Educate customers with clarity and confidence. Sales & Transactions : Handle billing, cash/card payments, and maintain accurate records. Store Maintenance : Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked. Assist with inventory checks and restocking. Sales Targets : Support monthly sales goals through upselling and cross-selling. Team Collaboration : Work closely with store manager and team to ensure smooth operations.
