Retail Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at our Ayurvedic retail store in Bardoli, South Gujarat, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and promoting our proprietary formulations for gut health, liver care, hair care, and diabetic wellness. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers warmly and professionally, understanding their health needs and recommending suitable Ayurvedic products. - Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on our formulations, educating customers with clarity and confidence. - Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, assisting with inventory checks and restocking. - Support monthly sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products. - Collaborate closely with the store manager and team to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience, preferably in Ayurveda. - Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus. - Basic math skills for handling transactions. - Passion for Ayurveda and holistic wellness. - Friendly, proactive, and trustworthy personality.
