Retail Sales Assistant

As a Sales Associate, your role involves greeting and assisting customers in the store/showroom. You will need to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Your responsibility also includes demonstrating product features and benefits to increase sales, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and maintaining product displays to ensure stock availability. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships for repeat business is crucial, along with handling customer queries, complaints, and returns politely. Additionally, providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends is part of your duties. - Greet and assist customers in the store/showroom - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services - Demonstrate product features and benefits to increase sales - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability - Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business - Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely - Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends To excel in this role, you should have a minimum High School/Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred) and proven experience in retail sales or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to persuade and influence customers. Basic knowledge of billing/point-of-sale systems is preferred. A positive attitude, energetic approach, and target-driven mindset will contribute to your success. This is a full-time position requiring proficiency in English. Day Shift and Night Shift availability are preferred, and the work location is in person.,
