Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Pharmacist, located in South Delhi. The Retail Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising customers on the proper use of medications, managing and maintaining the pharmacy inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks include checking prescriptions, providing guidance on over-the-counter medications, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Dispense prescription medicines and provide guidance on safe usage.
• Verify prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure compliance with drug laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage stock, inventory, and expiry control of medicines.
• Counsel patients/customers on dosage, side effects, and health queries.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinics, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accuracy in prescription dispensing (Error-free rate).
• Compliance with state licensing and regulatory standards.
• Inventory management efficiency (minimum expiry/wastage).
• Patient/customer satisfaction scores.
• Timely reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/D.Pharm).
• Valid Pharmacist License in the respective state.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and medical products
