• Retail Associate/Sales Associate: The front-line employee responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, helping with product selection, processing sales and returns at the point-of-sale (POS) system, and maintaining the sales floor.
• Cashier: Focuses on accurately processing payments, handling money, and completing transactions at the cash register.
• Visual Merchandiser: Responsible for arranging products, creating attractive displays, and ensuring the store's visual appeal to attract customers and drive sales.
• Inventory/Stock Controller: Monitors stock levels, receives and unpacks shipments, conducts stock counts, and reports discrepancies to management.
• Store Manager/Retail Manager: Oversees daily operations, sets sales goals, manages staff, ensures compliance with policies, and maintains inventory and store presentation.
• Loss Prevention Specialist: Monitors the sales floor to prevent theft and reports suspicious activity to ensure store security.

Core Responsibilities Across Roles

• Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service.
• Sales and Transactions: Processing purchases, handling returns, and promoting products and sales.
• Store Maintenance: Restocking shelves, keeping the store clean, and arranging merchandise.
• Inventory Management: Assisting with receiving, tracking, and organizing stock.
• Product Knowledge: Staying informed about products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Loss Prevention: Adhering to security policies and reporting suspicious behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
