Retail Operations Manager (Garments)

As an Operations Manager / Executive (Wholesale & Distribution), your role will involve overseeing the daily operations in wholesale/distribution to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You will need to monitor and optimize supply chain, logistics, and inventory management processes while coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Your leadership and team management skills will be crucial in motivating operational teams to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily operations in wholesale/distribution, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. - Monitor and optimize supply chain, logistics, and inventory management processes. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Lead and motivate operational teams to achieve organizational goals. - Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. - Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. - Drive continuous process improvement to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Experience Required: - 7-10 years in operations, preferably in wholesale, retail distribution, or supply chain management. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and wholesale/distribution operations. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
