Retail Operations Manager

As a Retail Operations Manager based in Bangalore, specifically in Kammanahalli, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day store operations. With over 4-5 years of offline retail experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. Your primary responsibilities will include managing store operations effectively, ensuring the store meets its targets, and providing exceptional customer service. You should have a good understanding of the retail sector, particularly in handling Interiors/Textiles. It is essential that you have a bike and are willing to travel to branches across Bangalore. In this role, you will be working full-time, with a 6-day work week and 1 rotational week off. Fluency in English along with proficiency in any South Indian language is required. The ideal candidate should be up to 45 years old. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 45k to 50k per month, you will also be eligible for incentives ranging from 10k to 15k per month, along with various perks.
