Retail Marketing Manager BTL, Merchandising & Customer Engagement | Jewellery Industry Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Showroom & Field Role On-Ground Execution Focus) Experience: 5+ years in retail marketing (jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion preferred) Job Type: Full-time About KRA Jewellers: With 11 showrooms across Pune, Chinchwad, Baramati, and Sataraand plans to expand further—KRA Jewellers is one of Maharashtra’s most respected jewellery brands. Key Responsibilities: Be actively present in showrooms and on the field to ensure flawless marketing execution Plan and implement BTL marketing activities: in-store promotions, society activations, exhibitions, and festive campaigns Lead visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the in-store experience and drive conversions Support showroom teams in engaging VIP customers by designing loyalty programs and premium relationship strategies Train and mentor showroom staff on customer interaction, marketing alignment, and sales techniques Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and creative teams for timely rollout of campaigns Gather on-ground customer insights to refine marketing strategies Ensure consistent branding and customer engagement across all showroom locations Who Should Apply: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 5+ years in BTL marketing, visual merchandising, or customer engagement (retail sector preferred) Strong exposure to jewellery or lifestyle retail, especially in Maharashtra Well-acquainted with Pune’s retail market and customer dynamics Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Comfortable with field-based work and regular travel to various showrooms Experience with premium brands and customer-centric marketing is highly valued Knowledge of digital marketing is a bonus, but not mandatory What We Offer: A chance to build a strong regional brand with real on-ground impact Exposure to customer behavior, showroom operations, and brand strategy A work culture that values creativity, accountability, and execution excellence Ready to lead marketing from the showroom floor?
