This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Manager based in Singapore.

Pay Scale- 12000 SGD PM

Role Description

The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead a team to achieve sales goals, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role will also involve planning and implementing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring a positive and engaging retail environment. Responsible for overall store operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer experience while meeting business targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and sales performance
  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff
  • Achieve sales targets and control store expenses
  • Ensure high standards of customer service
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities
  • Handle customer issues and resolve escalations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs.
  • Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Sales to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.
  • Team Management experience, including the ability to lead, motivate, and support a sales team to achieve goals.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth retail operations and resolve challenges.
  • Experience in the retail industry or similar customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience is also considered.
