Role Overview

The Retail Inventory Planner / Inventory Forecasting Specialist will manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock optimization to ensure product availability across stores while minimizing overstock and markdowns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop inventory forecasts based on sales trends, seasonal demand, and product launches.

- Monitor stock levels across stores and warehouses and plan replenishment accordingly.

- Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and store teams to optimize inventory flow.

- Analyze historical sales data and KPIs to improve forecasting accuracy.

- Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products and recommend strategies for stock optimization.

- Prepare inventory reports and provide actionable insights for management.

- Implement best practices in inventory planning to support fast fashion cycles.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory planning or retail inventory forecasting, preferably in apparel/fashion.

- Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Excel.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
