Retail Head (Modular, South Zone)

As a leader in the modular furniture industry, you will be responsible for driving the retail business in the South Zone for our company. Your main objective will be to oversee multiple exclusive stores, manage a team dedicated to converting online leads into successful projects, and ensure continuous business growth, customer satisfaction, and a strong brand presence. Your key responsibilities will include building, managing, and mentoring a team of Sales Managers and Designers to focus on online lead conversions. You will also be required to oversee the operations and performance of several exclusive retail stores in the region, drive lead-to-order conversions through structured sales processes, and develop strategies to maximize revenue from digital platforms and in-store walk-ins. In addition, you will need to ensure excellence in customer experience, merchandising, and brand representation at the store level. Monitoring the sales pipeline, team productivity, and achieving sales targets will also be part of your role. Collaborating with marketing and digital teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates, as well as providing regular business reports, competitor insights, and growth recommendations to senior management, will be crucial aspects of your position. To qualify for this role, you should ideally possess an MBA/PGDM with 10-12 years of sales/retail experience in interiors, modular furniture, or building materials. Proven expertise in multi-store retail management, strong leadership and people management skills, experience in handling digital/online leads, and converting them into revenue are essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to build and scale a high-performance sales and design team, will be important for success in this position. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore (South Zone) within the Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing industry.
