Role Overview: As a Retail Buyer for an upcoming KIDS Fashion brand in Noida, your main responsibility will be to identify customer preferences, analyze market trends, select and purchase products, manage inventory, and foster relationships with suppliers. You will be expected to negotiate prices and contracts, monitor product performance, and ensure that purchased goods align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong analytical and inventory management skills to assess product performance and manage stock levels effectively. - Apply expertise in purchasing and retail buying to negotiate and secure favorable terms with suppliers. - Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams. - Make informed decisions based on market research and trends to contribute to the success of the business. - Ensure that all purchased goods align with the business objectives and maintain inventory levels accordingly.
