Retail Business Consultant

As a Retail Business Consultant for Store Launch & Operations, you will be a crucial part of a high-impact retail expansion project for a leading kidswear brand. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the launch of 10 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across Mumbai & beyond and supporting a celebrity-driven television commercial (TVC) campaign. You will play a key role in various store-related activities from identifying locations to managing store setup and driving operational success post-launch. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential store locations in target catchments across Mumbai. - Interact with property brokers, landlords, and legal teams to negotiate favorable lease terms. - Coordinate with store designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and quality store fitouts. - Take full ownership of store operations once live. - Develop and execute localized marketing, sales, and promotional strategies to maximize footfall and revenue. - Hire, train, and manage the store team, ensuring strong customer service and performance. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience dealing with brokers, vendors, or real estate partners is a strong plus. - Comfortable working on the ground, traveling across Mumbai, and managing multiple stakeholders.
