Retail Business Consultant

As a Retail Business Consultant specializing in Store Launch & Operations, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for overseeing the successful execution of a significant retail expansion project for a well-known kidswear brand. In this role, you will lead the launch of 10 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in Mumbai and surrounding areas, in addition to supporting a television commercial campaign featuring celebrities. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying suitable store locations, negotiating lease agreements, coordinating with store designers and contractors for setup, and ensuring operational efficiency post-launch. You will serve as the main point of contact for all store-related activities and play a vital role in driving business strategy while actively engaging in field operations. Key duties prior to the store launches will involve scouting potential locations in target areas, engaging with brokers and legal teams for lease negotiations, and overseeing the fit-out process to ensure timely and quality store setups. Post-launch, you will take charge of store operations, implementing localized marketing strategies to boost foot traffic and revenue, as well as managing the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance. Ideal candidates for this role will have a minimum of 2 to 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for individuals who have previous interactions with brokers, vendors, or real estate partners. The ability to work effectively on-site, travel across Mumbai, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders is essential for success in this high-ownership position.
