1. Strategic Intent

2. Manage central store operations

3. Advise COO on current operations efficiencies and scaling them up

4. Work with Planning to enhance Merchandise Efficiency and Protect Margins

5. An expert Analyst

6. Excellent eye for detail to look at the undercurrents of the business...find out what is not visible but impacts business

7. Well acquainted with BI Tools, Business Analysis, Slice and Dice various reports

8. Numerical ability / Expert in working with data and numbers

9. Good in Excel

10. Preferred - If have a small Retail Sales background

11. Interact with various business tools like Amply, Jarvis, CASA, Odoo(ERP).

12. Basis the above tools create action plans to impact business, map customer jurneys, run campaigns, win back lost customers, track field operations store visits, track store operations and bring in efficiencies.

13. Collaborate with Operations, Planning, B&M to bring in efficiencies basis the above tools and business outcomes, business goals

14. Manage the CRM of the company end to endRole & responsibilities
