We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Resume Writer to join our team at EDZER. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality resumes and engaging content to help clients stand out in the competitive job market. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create personalized career documents and compelling content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create clear, concise, and impactful resumes that highlight clients' qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Develop customized resumes for freshers and professionals across industries (IT, healthcare, finance, marketing, etc.).
• Optimize resumes for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to ensure they pass automated and manual screenings.
• Craft professional summaries, skills sections, and job descriptions tailored to hiring managers' expectations.
• Edit and revise resumes based on client feedback and job-specific requirements.
• Advise clients on resume improvements to enhance their job application success.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ATS-friendly resume formats and optimization techniques.
• Exceptional writing, grammar, and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to write persuasive, engaging content for resumes, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Familiarity with resume formats (chronological, functional, hybrid) and selecting the best one per client.
• Experience working with clients from diverse industries (tech, finance, healthcare, etc.).
• Understanding of job market trends and industry-specific language.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (Delhi office).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cover letter writing, Job Portals optimization, and personal branding.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content creation.
• A portfolio showcasing past resume writing work.
