Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
Assist in scheduling, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food & beverage industry.
Industry Experience - 5 to 10 years
Age - Minimum 30
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for excellent customer service.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
