We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest service at our fine and casual dining restaurant in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and runners.
• Ensure all staff deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Assist in training new team members and maintaining performance standards.
• Monitor floor activity to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely service.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required by the restaurant schedule.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
• Experience in fine dining, casual dining, or upmarket restaurants is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
