Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Thane. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. Tasks include supervising employees, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction: Strong skills in managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Food & Beverage Knowledge: Understanding of food and beverage quality and safety standards
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is preferred
