Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen support. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the restaurant in accordance with health and safety regulations. Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of staff. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering food, beverages, and supplies. Oversee opening and closing duties, including cash handling and shift reports. Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service. Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
