Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes and hygiene guidelines. • Maintain knowledge of kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area. • Handle customer orders efficiently — both online and offline (Zomato, Swiggy, walk-in customers, etc.). • Operate the POS system and manage billing through Petpooja. • Ensure accurate order punching, packaging, and dispatch. • Deliver prompt and polite customer service, handling any issues professionally. • Support the team in maintaining restaurant cleanliness, stock, and food quality. • Coordinate with delivery partners for timely order dispatch. • Follow all company policies, safety, and hygiene protocols. ⸻ Requirements: • Basic knowledge of kitchen and food handling. • Familiarity with Petpooja / POS systems preferred. • Good communication and customer handling skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. • Flexible with shift timings, weekends, and holidays. • Minimum education: 10th Pass / Graduate preferred. • Experience: 0–2 years in a restaurant or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
