Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. • Present the menu, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required. • Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly. • Ensure tables are set up properly and maintained throughout service. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area. • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order delivery. • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and effectively. • Follow outlet SOPs, including billing, order punching, and service sequence. • Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue. ⸻ Requirements & Skills: • Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi knowledge preferred). • Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and good appearance. • Quick learner with good menu knowledge and product awareness. • Team player with a positive attitude. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
