Restaurant Service Captain

Job Summary:

At Gold Coins Club & Resort, the Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating the restaurant service team. The role ensures smooth service operations, guest satisfaction, and high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide waiters, stewards, and service staff during operations.
• Ensure timely and professional service of food and beverages to guests.
• Take guest orders when required and ensure accuracy in order processing.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
• Train waiters/stewards in service standards and etiquette.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and table setups in the restaurant.
• Prepare duty rosters and allocate work to the service team.
• Upsell food & beverage items to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred (but not mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards (training will be provided).
• Pleasant personality and guest-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
